Answers You Need

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE BEST LOCATION FOR OUR FUNCTION?

Contact us with your desired location. We are happy to come out to take measurements to ensure your spot can fit a tent, and the expected number of guests.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

Damages do occurs so we'll be as fair as possible. To prevent wind damage we will set up the equipment as part of our service to you. It does happen though, as this is southern Alberta, so ensure that you have Event Insurance with At The Tent listed as a loss payee.

To prevent damage as a result of setup and/or takedown we will be responsible for these activities. 

If damage occurs as a result of guest activities, fire or other causes we will assess and deduct the cost from your damage deposit.

We require an event insurance policy to protect you from additional expenses, and unforeseen liability. This may be optional with smaller tents, but for 20' x  40' and larger structures it is mandatory. We are happy to offer guidance on finding the right policy for your event.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

We do have gift certificates custom to your needs available for purchase.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Electronic fund transfers and cash.

WHY DO SOME TENTS REQUIRE A MINIMUM 2 DAY RENTAL

Larger tents require a significant amount of time to install. To keep the prices affordable we ask for a minimum of a 2 day rental, even thought the next days are at a much lower rate. This helps us recover the cost of labour and packing, delivery and services.
